Junior Property Locum

Remote working or Hybrid working

up to £30 per hour

A Surrey based local authority is currently recruiting to a Property Legal Executive/ Junior Property Lawyer on an interim basis for a period of 3 months initially whilst they recruit permanently.

The successful postholder will be working with two experienced property lawyers and will be undertaking the following matters;

  • residential matters such as right to buy
  • commercial leases and licenses
  • easements and plot sales
  • filming licenses and general queries such as land registry

Our client is ideally looking for a legal executive, those undertaking CILEX or ideally someone who is qualified as a solicitor or barrister. This is a great opportunity to work with two experienced lawyers and the chance to work on project and development work with them. Our client is ideally looking for someone 4 or 5 days a week but part time candidates will also be considered.
