An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Case Specialist to join a large regulatory body.

The role of the Lead Case Specialist is to deal with enforcement and proceedings cases, as you will be responsible for enforcement and regulatory outcomes covering a range of Civil and Criminal matters.

You will be managing the enforcement of scheme returns; this will involve evaluating enquiries and taking enforcement action against pension trustees. You will be processing complex information and generally be leading on the end to end management of cases.

There is a management aspect to the role where you will oversee a portfolio, delegate cases as appropriate and directly line manage a team to ensure development and case management. You will devise and promote strategies for Enforcement cases and deal with issues that emerge.

Required skills and experience of the Lead Case Specialist:

  • Experience with Civil or Criminal Litigation within a Public Sector/ Regulatory body
  • You will have experience executing financial management of investigation costing
  • Experience of conducting your own advocacy and a willingness to do so
  • It would be desirable if you have a proven track record of working in pensions with key industry and pension knowledge
  • Experience with risk improvement
  • A financial and commercial awareness
