An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Specialist in Enforcement Proceedings to join a large regulatory body.
As the Lead Case Manager Specialist you will be responsible for the enforcement of cases; these cases will fall under Civil, Criminal or Regulatory proceedings.
You will work alongside the Investigations team; if a case isn't resolved, this is transferred over to the Enforcement team, where you will manage a sub-team of up to 4 people. Cases will vary in severity and can include anything from fraud to issuing fines to pension trustees.
You will devise and promote strategies for Enforcement cases, challenge advice and decide what experts need to be bought in.
The team comes from varying backgrounds, from insolvency, regulatory or commercial, so candidates with any of this experience will be considered.
Required skills and experience of the Lead Case Manager Specialist:
- Experience within Civil or Criminal Litigation, insolvency or regulatory
- It would be desirable but not essential if you have a proven track record of working in pensions with key industry and pension knowledge
- Experience with risk improvement
- A Commercial awareness
