My client is based in central Birmingham and is seeking an experienced admin professional to join their in-house support services team for an initial 3-6 month locum position. This team supports a large in house legal services function, so this role would be ideally suited to candidates who have an interest in family law, or perhaps an LPC graduate looking to build their CV and add some hands on experience related to the legal field.

My client is looking to recruit an administration assistant who has considerable experience of minute taking. The successful applicant will be used to taking regular minutes from meetings and subsequently distributing these among the relevant parties. They need someone who has good attention to detail, excellent minute taking skills and is able to display a high level of accuracy in their written work. Aside from the minute taking, there will also be general administration tasks related to this role, such as preparing templates and sending out letters, emails and distributing the written minutes.

This role is full time hours (36 per week) and can be worked entirely remotely if you prefer. There is an option to go into the office if you like to be office based. The IT equipment would be collected from their central Birmingham offices on day one of the role. This is a temporary assignment and they would like someone in post ideally within the next 2 weeks, so applicants must be able to start work at short notice.
