Sellick Partnership are very pleased to be assisting a prestigious Academic Institution in Bedfordshire to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their busy, close-nit legal team on a permanent basis.
My client is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual who is keen to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This innovative organisation is heavily dependent on its Legal Research Contracts Team to generate a significant amount of the company revenue, meaning you will be involved in some really exciting and critical work.
This role would suit somebody with prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator or Legal Secretary. The organisation is undergoing big changes over the coming years and will certainly be a stimulating environment in which to amplify your career and professional skills.
As the Legal Assistant, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and cross-referencing legal contracts
- Receiving project offers from customers and setting up records on the system
- Maintaining up to date information on the record management system, ensuring data integrity
- Responsible for deadline compliance in submission timeframes, stakeholder management and contractual compliance
The successful Legal Assistant will have experience in a large organisation or Academic Institution, will be familiar with case management systems and will have impeccable attention to detail.
