Legal Contract Manager

6 - 12 MONTHS Fixed term Contract

Remote working with occasional office meetings

A Higher Education Institute is currently seeking a Contract Manager on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 6 months on a fixed term contract and the view for a further extension to 12 months.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with previous legal contract manager experience or someone who has experience in contracts and looking to further develop their skill set with a team which is expanding due to work coming in from the University so it is a great time to join! You would be working with the support of a Senior Contract Manager and you would be undertaking work in the following areas;

  • Research contracts
  • NDA'S and NTA's
  • Amending and drafting terms and conditions
  • Assisting on collaboration agreements

Candidates must possess some understanding and previous knowledge of contracts or contract management in a legal setting. This is a great career development opportunity.
