Property Legal Officer

Permanent, Full-time/ Part-time

An opportunity has arisen for a Property paralegal within a quasi-organisation near South London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property paralegal to join a well-established organisation, learn from a team of highly experienced Property lawyers and thrive in a supportive forward-thinking environment. This role is suitable for candidates looking for a career move with fantastic progression opportunities.

As a Property paralegal you will support the 1-2 Property lawyers on a range of matters, such as Land Registry searches, Landlord and Tenant lease work and drafting and conducting legal research.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have the ability to pick up new concepts within Property Law. You will have experience working as a Property paralegal/ legal assistant in either a Private Practice or Local Authority setting.

Please be aware, if you are undertaking your ILEX or LPC there will be an opportunity to work 4 days a week.
