Legal Secretary required to join a friendly Social Care team within a thriving organisation in a central location near to Kings Hill, Kent on a temporary basis.

Our client is seeking a competent individual who can expertly assist a team of up to five solicitors. The assignment is expected to last up to a month though it may extend beyond this.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • General admin, e.g. scanning and copying;
  • Help with preparing/updating court bundles;
  • Typing letters and documents;
  • Redacting confidential social care documents;
  • Receiving and logging post;
  • Setting up meetings, updating Outlook calendars.

Due to the short nature of the role, we require the successful applicant to have some prior experience as a Legal Secretary accompanied by excellent administrative skills.

In return, our client is offering a competitive hourly rate of £10 to £15 per hour, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a friendly and supportive team.
