Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Legislation Lawyer to join a highly respected public sector organisation based in Cardiff on an 18 month fixed-term basis, to assist with a review of upcoming and recent legislation changes.

As Legislation Lawyer, this role will involve providing high-level legal advice in relation to the implementation of strategies and policies across the organisation, and to develop and interpret UK and Welsh Legislation. The Legislation Lawyer will be required to assist the organisation in a review of charges relating to the organisational work carried out.

I am keen to speak with qualified legal professionals based in South Wales who have experience of undertaking strategic reviews of services, and/or drafting and analysing of government legislation. Awareness of regulatory powers would also be advantageous.
