Our team at Sellick Partnership is actively seeking a Lettings Officer for a housing association within the West Yorkshire area. Should you be seeking an fixed term contract offering full time hours and remote working then please find details below;
Position: Lettings Officer
Salary: Competitive (Neg)
Hours: 35hrs p/w
Job type: Fixed Term Contract, Ongoing
Location: West Yorkshire (Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Kirklees)
Day to Day for a Lettings Officer:
- Delivering excellent customer service to general public.
- Supporting queries and updating waiting lists for tenants.
- Elements of marketing housing needs to properties within areas.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements of Lettings Officer:
- Previous experience within similar position for Housing Association / Housing Management.
- Understanding of the social housing sector.
- Demonstrate customer facing / customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
