Our team at Sellick Partnership is actively seeking a Lettings Officer for a housing association within the West Yorkshire area. Should you be seeking an fixed term contract offering full time hours and remote working then please find details below;

Position: Lettings Officer

Salary: Competitive (Neg)

Hours: 35hrs p/w

Job type: Fixed Term Contract, Ongoing

Location: West Yorkshire (Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Kirklees)

Day to Day for a Lettings Officer:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to general public.
  • Supporting queries and updating waiting lists for tenants.
  • Elements of marketing housing needs to properties within areas.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements of Lettings Officer:
  • ​Previous experience within similar position for Housing Association / Housing Management.
  • Understanding of the social housing sector.
  • Demonstrate customer facing / customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
