Lettings Officer required to work with a Shropshire based social housing association. My client are seeking an experienced Lettings Officer to join their team on a temporary, full time basis.
As the Lettings Officer you will be working within the housing management team responsible for the lettings of properties.
Responsibilities of the Lettings Officer include:
- Managing the lettings process through to competition
- Signing tenants up to tenancies
- Ensuring tenants understand their terms to sustain their tenancies
- Manage mutual exchanges
Required skills and experience of the Lettings Officer:
- Experience within a housing environment
- Experience within lettings
