Lettings Officer required to work with a Staffordshire based association. My client are seeking an experienced Lettings Officer to join their team on a temporary, full time basis.
As the Lettings Officer you will be working within the Lettings team responsible for the advertising and allocating the properties and completing the whole process.
Responsibilities of the Lettings Officer include:
- Review and approve applications for transfers
- Monitor tenancy conditions and minimise repairs cost
- Advertise properties
- Allocate properties
- Liaise with short-listed tenants and set up viewings
- Carry out accompanied viewings
- Carry out pre-termination visits
Required skills and experience of the Lettings Officer:
- Previous exposure to lettings
- Experience within a housing environment
