Lettings Officer required to join a public sector organisation in Middlesbrough. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Lettings Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities of the Lettings Officer:

  • Working across income, allocations and housing management
  • Providing advice and information to new and existing customers
  • Sustaining and supporting tenancies
  • Conducting risk-based tenancy reviews
  • Maximising income
  • Dealing with rent recovery

Required skills and experience of the Lettings Officer:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • A full clean UK Driving License
