Sellick Partnership's specialist Legal team are recruiting for a Litigation Lawyer to join a busy Local Authority in Cambridgeshire on a locum basis.

Our client is seeking a competent and well-rounded individual with solid experience litigation matters within Local Government. The ideal candidate will be familiar with both civil litigation and prosecutions as this role has scope to involve a wide range of matters. The successful Litigation Lawyer will enjoy an interesting and varied caseload.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Planning litigation (s178B injunctions)
  • Housing litigation
  • Antisocial behaviour
  • Licensing
  • Advocacy where required

In return, our client is offering a very competitive hourly rate of £45 per hour and flexible working arrangements such as up to 3 days home working. The assignment will begin on an initial 3 months basis with a view for extension.
