Experienced and motivated lawyer to join the litigation and property team within a growing Local Authority, based in East Anglia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation lawyer to develop in a supportive environment over a good length of contract. The successful litigation lawyer will be required to conduct a varied caseload of advisory and contentious work; plus challenge as appropriate and represent a diverse client base in both civil and criminal matters.
Whilst currently there is a civil emphasis, due to the wide ranging and evolving nature of the role the successful candidate will also be required to carry a criminal caseload and experience of drafting documentation and attendance at both County and Magistrates Court is therefore desirable.
The role is interesting and fast paced and will cover a mixed caseload of:
- Planning and general litigation work
