Litigation Lawyer needed for a central government position based in Birmingham.
The successful Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for a varied workload, this may include:
- Litigation cases
- Judicial review
- Misconduct hearings
- Providing advice on operational matters
- Travelling to South Wales on occasion
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent, and must have experience in at least two of the areas of law listed below:
- Public and administrative
- Human Rights
It is essential that applicants have experience of handling substantial and complex litigation cases.
This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months.
