Multiple exciting opportunities have arisen for Civil/Criminal Litigation Solicitors to join well established Local Authorities within the South East on a locum basis for 3 months+ and on a Full Time or Part Time basis.

As a Litigation Solicitor you will undertake a very wide range of Litigation matters, therefore you will need excellent knowledge of Civil/Criminal procedure.

There will be a variety of matters to handle from Housing disrepair, Homelessness, Planning enforcement, Judicial Reviews, Anti-Social Behaviour and Licensing.

The successful Litigation Lawyer will conduct hearings in Magistrates courts - most hearings will be virtual and therefore the clients are willing to consider fully remote working with the occasional visit to court once or twice a month. (Client dependent)

The clients are keen to hear from applicants who have previous local government experience, while those from a private practise background with sound knowledge of government processes will be considered.
