Litigation Lawyer

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join an Essex based Local Authority on a locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join an established and friendly legal services team on either a part-time of full-time basis.

Day to day responsibilities of the role may include;

  • Civil litigation matters to include ASB, homelessness & housing disrepair
  • Criminal litigation matters to include Local Authority prosecutions
  • Planning enforcement

Our client is happy for the successful candidate to work on a predominantly remote basis, however occasional court attendance may be required

Although experience within both civil and criminal experience is preferred, it isn't essential. Those with experience in one area, with a willingness to undertake other areas of work will be considered.
