Sellick Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join an East Midlands based Local Authority on a long term locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join an established and friendly legal services team on a full-time basis.

Day to day responsibilities of the role may include but not limited to;

  • General civil litigation matters
  • Defendant disrepairs
  • Pre-issued and issued claims
  • Court proceeding

Our client is happy for the successful candidate to work on a predominantly remote basis, however hybrid working is also supported

Although experience within local authorities is preferred, our client will also look at candidates from a private practice background that has worked as a defendant against local authorities

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
