Sellick Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join an East Midlands based Local Authority on a locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join an established and friendly legal services team on a full-time basis with a varied caseload.

Day to day responsibilities of the role may include;

  • Civil litigation matters to include ASB, homelessness & housing disrepair
  • Planning enforcement
  • S 106's
  • Benefit fraud
  • And much more

Our client is happy for the successful candidate to work on a hybrid basis with office attendance once a week ideally, however occasional court attendance may be required.

Although local government experience is preferred, our client will also consider candidates from a private practice background.
