Sellick Partnership are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join a Central Government organisation based in Cardiff on a locum basis. The role is expected to last for 12 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to turn their hand to something different. The main duties of this role will include:

  • Handing a caseload of:
    • Litigation cases
    • Judicial Review
    • Misconduct hearings
  • Providing advice on operational matters
  • Undertaking advocacy where necessary

Our client is open-minded as to the background of candidates and will consider applications from those who have experience in at least two of the following areas of law:

  • Criminal
  • Police
  • Coronial
  • Public and administrative
  • Human Rights

This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an inital period of 12 months, although the role may continue beyond that.
