Sellick Partnership's specialist Legal team are recruiting for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a highly-regarded Local Authority in Buckinghamshire on a locum basis.
Our client is seeking a competent and enthusiastic individual with extensive experience of dealing with civil litigation matters within the Public Sector. The successful civil Litigation Lawyer will enjoy an interesting and varied caseload.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking work for both a District and County Council dealing with civil litigation matters
- Civil work will include housing , personal injury and highways litigation along with other complex and routine civil litigation matters
- Advocacy at both County Court and Magistrates Court (courts are close and easily accessible by train and car)
In return, our client is offering a very competitive hourly rate of £40 to £50 per hour depending on experience and flexible working arrangements. The assignment will begin on an initial 6 months basis with a view for extension.
