Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced litigation locum to join a local authority in the South East. The role will initially be for a minimum of 3 months to cover a period of increased workload.
Duties of the litigation locum include:
- Debt recovery matters
- Planning enforcement
- Possession cases
- Dealing with complaints
- Conducting advocacy as required
The client is looking for someone on either a 4 or 5 day a week basis, with the successful applicant required to be flexible to attend the offices up to 2 days per week and court as required.
We are looking for either a qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with previous experience of local authority litigation experience.
You will be joining a supportive and welcoming local authority legal team and will have the opportunity to manage a varied and interesting caseload of litigation matters.
The offices benefit from on-site parking and are serviced by excellent road and rail links to London and surrounding areas.
