Litigation Locum

Prosecutions and Litigation Locum

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting an experienced prosecutions and litigation locum on behalf of our local authority client. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team and have the opportunity to deal with a varied caseload of both criminal and civil matters.

Duties include:

  • Criminal and civil litigation proceedings including drafting and advocacy.
  • Trading Standards and Education Prosecutions
  • Providing general litigation advice
  • General highways advice/Stopping up orders
  • Possession proceedings/Gypsy Traveller Liaison advice
  • Provide advice to maintained schools (e.g. parental disputes)

Requirements /Qualifications:

A qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives

This role will be for a minimum of 6 months and will be conducted on a fully remote basis
