Litigation Lawyer / Legal Executive/ Senior Paralegal

A Litigation Lawyer is required to join a South East local authority on either a locum or permanent basis.

As a Litigation Lawyer you will be working within a local authority carrying out varied duties that will include a range of matters, such as, routine debt recovery, Anti-Social Behaviour and some Criminal matters.

The Council in question are a fairly small Legal team and they are happy to consider a senior Paralegal, Legal Executive or Solicitor. They are a great team offering lots of support and progression opportunities.

Required skills and experience of the Litigation Lawyer:

  • Proven experience in ASB, debt recovery and Criminal matters
