Adult Social Care Lawyer required to join a shared service based in the Home Counties for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
As an Adults Lawyer, you will be handling a caseload of adult social care matters such as court of protection, Deprivation of liberty and mental health matters. The role will be working across the shared service and there is the opportunity to work for a number of clients at one time which creates a real variety of work.
The client is happy to consider this as a training opportunity for those in private practice who have mental health experience and looking to transfer into a local authority setting. Applications from all levels will be welcomed due to there being a number of posts.
We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
