Adult Social Care Lawyer required to join a local authority based in South London for an initial 3 months period, with the view to extend thereafter.
As an Adult Social Care Lawyer, you will be required to undertake a caseload of matters which may include but won't be limited to;
- Court of Protection matters
- Deprivation of liberty
- Mental health
- Ordinary residence
- Advice work
This is a excellent opportunity for an Adults Lawyer who is looking for flexible working arrangements, due to the client offering 4 days per week in the office and allowing you to work 1 day a week from home. This post offers an attractive hourly rate and can be flexible depending on the candidate's experience.
