Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to an exciting opportunity for an experienced Adult Care Lawyer to join a well-respected legal services team within a Dorset based public sector organisation. This role is OUTSIDE IR35.

The successful candidate for the Adult Care Lawyer role will be required to deal with good quality caseload consisting of:

  • Deprivation of liberty
  • Court of protection
  • Ordinary residence matters
  • Mental Health act matters
  • CHC matters

Our client is a busy organisation, and will suit a candidate who likes a diverse and busy workload. The organisation is also well set up for remote working, and this can be incorporated into the role for up to 2 days per week.

The ideal Adult Care Lawyer candidate will be available to work full-time for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

An excellent hourly rate of £45 to £50 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate.
