Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Locum Adult Social Care Paralegal to join a well-respected Local Authority based in the East Midlands.

The successful candidate will be required to assist with a variety of matters which may include:

  • Assisting Lawyers handling Court of Protection and Deprivation of Liberty matters
  • Drafting documents, statements and correspondence
  • Preparing applications, court bundles and carrying out research
  • Assisting with community care advice under the Care Act 2014

This position is initially for 3 months, with the potential for extension which will be reviewed nearer the time. The ideal candidate will be available for full-time work, although applicants who are seeking part-time employment will also be considered. You will be working remotely for the foreseeable but working patterns will be reviewed in accordance to government guidelines being relaxed.
