Locum Business Support Officer

Urgent requirement has arisen for a Business Support officer to join a local authority on an interim basis for a period of 1-2 months initially with the view of extension thereafter depending on workloads.

The successful Business Support officer will be required to work alongside legal services department in assisting with significant administration tasks. You will be updating and closing files on the case management system, scannning and photocopying matters on behalf of the team, assisting with running of reports, maintaining spreadsheets and assisting with the invoicing process.

The role would be required for you to attend the offices on a 5 day week due to the duties which are required in this role. Social distancing measures have been put in place to ensure it is safe for you to work.

The team is currently in the process of a restructure but there is scope for longer term opportunities with the team.

Candidates must be available on short notice and be ready to start a role within 1 or 2 weeks.
