Locum Childcare Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join a large, well-respected London Borough Council on a locum basis.

This assignment is expected to be long-term; it will begin on a 3-month contract and will be extended on a rolling basis. This is a remote working role, but you can also attend the office if you wish.

  • Handling a caseload of care proceedings and pre proceedings
  • Providing advice on any public law childcare legislation
  • Conducting advocacy if/when required

You must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous local authority experience to be considered for this post.
