Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a number of exciting opportunities for Childcare Lawyers to join well respected local authorities based in the East Midlands. However, you may be required to undertake the work remotely from home.

The successful solicitor will undertake a caseload of childcare matters, with duties including;

  • Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters and pre proceedings
  • Conducting own advocacy via phone/video link in current climate
  • Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions

The posts range from 3 - 12 month assignments and are full time, however part time working hours would be considered. Due to the current situation the assignment is to be completed remotely and a laptop or remote access will be provided.
