Civil Litigation Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in the Home Counties for a period of 3 months initially and the view for extension thereafter due to a busy period and a period of absence in the team.

You will be joining a well regarded legal team and undertake matters in relation to personal injury, slips and trips and highway litigation and contract disputes. The main bulk of the workload will revolve around personal injury claims however there is scope to get involved in other areas of litigation as the team covers a wide range of both civil and criminal matters on behalf of more than one authority.

Our client can offer flexible working to include remote working and reduced working hours for the right candidate but needs a minimum of 4 working days.

This role is urgent and our client is seeking someone from a local authority background ideally but is happy to consider those that have worked on claimant or defendant personal injury matters either from central government or a private practice background.
