£35 to 45 per hour
Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a well-regarded public sector organisation based in Surrey on a locum contract until March 2020 with the view to extend from there depending on workloads.
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer either from a private practice or public sector background. You will be required to manage their property portfolio of their recent property purchases. You will be managing a caseload of matters which can include renewing and drafting leases, wayleaves and any other matters including property advice.
Our client is a small and established team and you will be working alongside two other property lawyers. This role is well suited for someone who is 4-5 years PQE due to some of the complex nature of the work.
In return, the successful applicant will receive a competitive hourly rate of £35 to £45 depending on experience. We are happy to consider those who are looking for either 4 or 5 days per week and our client can offer 1 day working from home.
This role is easily commutable from London via public transport and is well connected. Those looking to drive have access to a car park at a discounted price.
