Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established law firm based in South Yorkshire where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their property department on a locum basis for a 2 month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team.

The property lawyer will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of legal advice within their team, where they will be expected to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

This position will be fast-paced and it is therefore imperative the property lawyer is confident in handling a full caseload consisting of, but not limited to, the following matters:

• General property advice
• Commercial leases, Acquisition and sale of commercial and residential property
