Contracts and Procurement Lawyer

East Midlands

£40 - £50 per hour

Full Time or Part Time

A highly reputable Local Authority in the East Midlands is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join their friendly team for an initial 3 Month period with the view for extension.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join a small and supportive team on a full or part time basis.

The Contracts & Procurement Lawyer would ideally have the following characteristics;

  • Ability to work in a small and cohesive contracts team
  • Able to work autonomously on your own matters
  • Must have experience of working at County Council level or a London Borough due to picking up social care and health contracts
  • Remote working with the need to attend the office once or twice per month preferably however complete remote working will be considered for the right candidate

Local authority experience is preferable due to the urgent nature of the role however our client is willing to consider contracts and procurement lawyers from other backgrounds with transferable skills.
