We are currently looking for a Contracts Lawyer to join a local authority based in Kent for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced Contracts Lawyer, who is skilled in undertaking work with specific reference to company and commercial law.

The post will require someone to have experience in company law, as the council are seeking someone to manage the council's wholly owned companies alongside general commercial contract and procurement work.

Due to the nature of work, the client is keen to hear from candidates with public sector experience or those that have had exposure in practice. The council are happy to accommodate to those seeking full-time or part time hours.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
