Locum Housing Lawyer

3 Months+

£50 per hour

Sellick Partnership are happy to working with a large local authority in the south east of England to find a Locum Housing lawyer to join their team on an initial 3 month period with the view that this could be extended further. The local authority will consider those candidates that wish to work on a full or part time basis.

The successful Housing Lawyer will be able to work fully remotely and will work on a varied caseload of housing work, however the main bulk of this will be housing disrepair claims, so candidates will ideally have experience in dealing with disrepair claims. The local authority would ideally like a housing lawyer with prior experience in the public sector, but will consider those candidates with a private practice background.

As a Housing Lawyer your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Housing disrepair claims
  • Rent arrears
  • Housing possession claims
  • Homelessness advice
  • ASB
