Interim Housing Lawyer
Are you an ambitious Housing Lawyer looking for a locum position within a respected Housing Association? Sellick Partnership are working exclusively with a friendly London based Housing Association to assist them with adding quality staff to their small Legal team.
This position is for 4 days per week and a minimum of 3 months, with a view to extend the contract. For the successful Housing Lawyer, this role could also provide long term prospects for those who are open to considering permanent opportunities down the line.
The ideal candidate will be a conscientious and positive Housing Lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE who is confident acting with minimal supervision. Our client will consider applicants who have worked in the public sector or private sector, as long as you can demonstrate relevant experience in housing law.
The successful locum Housing Lawyer will be joining a well-organised team and will take on a varied caseload. Previous locums in this Housing Association have provided positive feedback about the organisation and team.
The client is happy for someone to work remotely, however you can also attend their offices if you prefer.
This role will bring challenge, autonomy, opportunity and is highly rewarding.
Your caseload will include a range of housing litigation matters:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Tenancy fraud
- Access claims
Advocacy is completely optional and you can instruct counsel.
- 4 days per week, with 1 day off (your choice)
