Inquest Paralegal

£18 to 25 per hour

6 months+

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inquest Paralegal to join a large organisation on a locum basis for 6 months initially and the view to extend further.

The successful inquest paralegal will be working really closely with the Coroner's office and you will be supporting them with some interesting and complex cases. This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience as a paralegal. You will be assisting with case management, gathering evidence, drafting documents and report writing whilst assisting with pre-inquest hearings.

Our client is happy to take on a candidate who has a litigation background, preferably with either a personal injury or clinical negligence background. Due to the urgent nature of the role, we require candidates to ideally be immediately available or up to two weeks' notice.

Our client is seeing an increase in this type of work and thus is open to further cementing this role within the organisation so there are permanent prospects for this role.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
