Locum Junior Property Paralegal

Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Junior Property Paralegal to join a well-respected Local Authority based in the East Midlands for a Locum assignment.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and take on a variety of work including assisting on:

• A mixed portfolio of both commercial and residential matters
• Freehold/Leasehold
• Right to buy
• Assisting Senior Solicitors with their caseload
• Assisting with legal administration

Experience of working within property is essential but we're open to speaking with candidates with either public or private sector experience who have just graduated with a Law Degree or Legal Practice Course.

This position is initially for 3 months, but will be reviewed and potentially extended nearer the time. This is a full time role and candidates must be able to attend the office 3 days per week.

There are excellent transport links nearby and the offices are a short walk from the train station.
