Locum Legal Secretary required to join an established and highly reputable firm. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Legal Secretary to join their dynamic and growing team in one of the UKs leading law firms on a full-time basis.

As a Locum Legal Secretary you will be working within a team that is dedicated to its clients and supportive of its team members. You will work with a team carrying out varied Legal Secretary duties detailed below.

Key responsibilities of the Locum Legal Secretary

  • Keeping legal records up to date
  • Typing and filing legal documents
  • Answering phones and organising meetings
  • Managing diaries
  • Audio Typing
  • Carrying out legal research

Required skills and experience of the Locum Legal Secretary

  • Proven experience and knowledge as a Legal Secretary.
  • Ability to think independently, research and apply principles to client matters.
  • Strong client care skills whilst being approachable, personable and empathetic.
