Part time Housing Litigation Lawyer is required to join a public sector organisation on a locum basis to start in January 2020.
The successful part time housing litigation lawyer will be required to undertake 22.5 hours per week and you will be joining a small team of three lawyers. Our client is ideally looking to secure someone to cover these hours on a 3 day working week.
You will be joining a lovely team and will be able to hold your own caseload of housing matters which will include posession, disrepair, ASB to name a few. Those who have experience in homelessness are encouraged to apply however it is not a necessity for the role.
They have recently just undergone a restructuring process which will create a number of permanent opportunities within this team for those who are looking for long term prospects. This organisation is well suited on a train line from London and has accessibility for parking. It is located next to a shopping centre and has lovely surroundings.
