Locum Part time Childcare Lawyer

£28-40 PER HOUR

Part time Childcare Lawyer is required to join a highly regarded local authority based in the Home Counties to cover a period of maternity leave for an initial 6 months however there is scope for this to be extended further.

Our client is actively seeking someone who will be able to undertake a caseload of care proceeding, pre proceedings and PLO matters. This role is part of a job share and you may need to pick up advocacy in interim and direction hearings only should it fall on your day.
