Part time Litigation Lawyer

3 days per week

South East

£45-50

Part time Litigation Lawyer is required to join a local authority on a locum basis to cover due to a permanent leaver in the team. Our client is looking for someone to cover 3 days per week.

The role will predominantely be undertaking housing related work such as possession, disrepair and will include some debt recovery matters. There will be some prosecutions work but it will be relatively minimal.

The role can be done on a remote working basis however the successful candidate will be required to attend court in person either the County or Magistrates Court but it will only be once or twice a month. There will be a requirement to undertake licensing matters and licensing committee and sub committee is once a month as well in person during the day.

Candidates must be available on relatively short notice due to the urgent need of the role. Apply Now to not miss out.
