Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer

up to £50 per hour

A large local authority is looking to recrut a Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer on an interim basis for a period of 6 months and the view to extend thereafter.

The opportunity is for a qualified senior solicitor or lawyer that has extensive experience within planning law. Our client is looking for a flexible and motivated colleague to join their friendly and committed team. The work is very varied and will include a wide range of matters specific to a number of ongoing projects at the council.

The persons appointed to this post will have conduct of a number of highways and planning agreements, some high profile, securing significant benefits for their residents and often involving working closely with partner Borough and District Councils.

A laptop will be provided to allow for remote working.
