Locum Planning Lawyer is required to join a public sector organisation based in Buckinghamshire on an interim basis for a period of 3 months initially and the view to extend.

Our client is currently experiencing a high workload and is seeking a candidate to come and assist the Principal Planning Lawyer with a range of planning matters. Matters will include S106 agreements, planning advice and assistance with particular regeneration and development projects which is currently underway.

Due to the nature of the role, our client is ideally looking for someone around 2-3 years PQE but is happy to consider candidates at all levels. They are ideally looking to secure someone as soon as possible so we encourage candidates to be on short notice periods and get in touch quickly.

This client can offer flexible working arrangements and home working up to 2 days per week. This organisation is well situated near a train station and has good transport links by public transport from London.
