Property Lawyer is required to join a public sector organisation based in East Anglia on a locum basis for a period of 3 months. There is possible room for extension on this due to busy caseloads within the team.

The successful property lawyer will be able to come in and hit the ground running with an existing caseload of commercial property matters with a specific reference to leases, tenancy agreements and landlord and tenant matters.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work flexibly, either on a full or part time basis. The client is happy to consider working from home for 2 days a week and can possibly offer more for the right candidate.

Due the urgent nature of the role, we are really interested to hear from those who are looking to start in the New Year. Those who have a private practice or public sector background are strongly advised to apply.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
