We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join a small local authority based in Hertfordshire.

As a Property Lawyer you will be handling a range of commercial property matters including leases, licenses and general property matters. You will also be required to assist the project lawyer with any property related queries which arise from the development projects being undertaken in the town centre.

The position will require you to work autonomously as you will be the sole property lawyer, therefore local government experience is essential for the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely and supportive council. The post has a commitment for 6 months initially with the view of potential extension thereafter allowing this to be a long term locum post. Candidates need to be available on short notice.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsome in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
