Property Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire for a short term contract with the possiblity to extend thereafter.

Our client has seen a spike in their workload and requires some extra assistance to assist within their team. The successful candidate will be able to start on short notice and able to pick up an existing caseload of commercial property matters.

The caseload will be a range of commercial property and agricultural law matters and therefore candidates must have previous experience within this area and ideally that of local government however private practice candidate will be strongly considered.

If you are interested in a short term contract to work around other commitments and can start on short notice, please get in touch.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively, should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying, please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
